Casting on and on and hopefully on some more

we recently got ourselves a dvr and i have lots of shows recorded...and for some reason that has sparked the knitting bug. I have made a couple of simple knits...a scarf + handwarmers for me and working on some yarn for more handwarmers for my mom...and i believe i owe it to the dvr + having all of these shows to watch in a block has made me think of knitting more - and i guess as a way of being productive while sitting on my bum watching the tube for long periods of time. example: a scarf for myself from a recent spin-

then while watching some LOST the other night - i made some handwarmers

I've gotten back into my knitting in the last couple of weeks. Last weekend's blizzard was the perfect excuse to stay in and knit.

I am jealous of the DVR, but I don't have cable or satellite tv, just rabbit ears, so I don't have a lot I can record.
